妥善协调各方面的利益关系 促进和谐社会建设

构建社会主义和谐社会是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央针对新世纪新阶段我国社会发展的基本特征而提出的战略思想。面对着战略机遇和凸显的矛盾,如果举措得当将促使经济加快发展、社会平稳进步;如应对失误,则将导致经济徘徊不前、社会长期动荡。要促使社会和谐发展,就要妥善协调各个方面的利益关系:一是要统筹兼顾,缩小城乡、地区发展的差距;二是要把扩大就业、完善社会保障体系、理顺分配关系、发展社会事业作为当前推进和谐社会建设的着力点。由于以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央所采取的协调各个方面利益关系的举措,始终贯穿着促进公平正义与激发社会活力的统一,因而贯彻这样的战略思想和具体部署,就能有力地促进全体人民各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处的中国特色社会主义社会的建设。

Harmonize Interests Relations Between Different Groups to Promote the Process of Constructing a Harmonious Society

The thought of constructing a harmonious society is put forward by comrade Hu jintao,the General Secretary of the Central Committee of CPC,according to the basic features of social development in the new stage of 21 century: Faced with strategic opportunity and emergent conflicts,if we act properly,the development of economy will be accelerated and society will go ahead on an even keel;otherwise economy will wander and society will be in the turbulent state for a long term.To promote the development of a harmonious society,we should harmonize interests for different groups: first,give overall consideration,reducing the disparity among urban and suburban areas;second,focusing on the working points of promoting the process of constructing a harmonious society: enlarging employment,perfecting social security system,putting distributive relations in order and developing community facilities.The measures of harmonizing benefits of each aspect adopted by comrade Hu jintao,the General Secretary of the Central Committee of CPC,impenetrates the conformity of promoting equity and justice and motivating social energy all the time,thereby,carrying out such strategic thought and specific deployment can effectively promote the process of constructing a harmonious society in which every one works according to his ability,takes according to his work,and gets on well with each other.
