| Abstract: | The essay discusses the advantages of the assembling economy and puts forward "Small Assembling Business Enterprises' Strategy" about the Northwest district development.Considering the poor economic development in the Northwest,the essay advances the strategic idea as an important countermeasure to the developing areas: output rent service directionally to start the strategy. |
