| 摘 要： | 本文从技术改造、产品结构优化和组织结构调整等方面考察了中国钢铁工业结构的现状 ,同时分析了我国钢铁工业在工艺技术装备水平、产品结构和质量、企业组织结构和劳动生产率等方面与钢铁强国相比还存在着较大差距。因此 ,我国钢铁工业必须认真借鉴国外的经验 ,采取相应的对策 ,大刀阔斧地进行结构调整

| Abstract: | The article examines the current situation of the Chinese iron steel industry structure from the perspectives of technological innovation,optimization of product structure and adjustment of organization structure It has analysed the gap between the chinese iron and steel industry and the woHd advanced ones in the areas of technology,equipment,structure and quality of products,organization structure and productivity.It proposes that the Chinese iron and steel industry must learn from foreign experience,take proper measures and carry out the structural adjustment in a daring and drastic way |
