| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious universities is not only a necessary requirement but also an important element of the construction of the harmonious socialist society.To achieve the goal involves sticking to the notion of humanism and scientific development,and correctly coping with the relationships between the development of higher education institute and the society,the expansion of the scale and the promotion of quality,the overall construction of higher education institutes and the quality of the teachers and students,the hardware and software. |
