| 摘 要： | 婚姻和家庭生活是人生的主要内容.因此,有关婚姻家庭的素材,一向被文学家和记者所垂青.唯其如此,文学和新闻传播有意无意中便与调整、规范婚姻家庭的法律达到了一定程度的"心心相印".回顾我国婚姻法的立法和修改过程,我们总是可以在文学作品和新闻报道作品中寻觅到它的印痕.

| Abstract: | Marriage and family have extensive social contents. Marriage Law clearly stipulates people's status, relationship, rights and obligation in marriage and family. Personal and asset relation between marriage, divorce, conjugal relation, father, mother, son and daughter should be treated according to Marriage Law. Lively and exact propaganda of Marriage Law by literary works and news and implementation of Marriage Law are an important task of law cycle, literary cycle and news cycle. |
