| Abstract: | After the 11th Sep. event, America adjusted its global strategy. Although defending the native country is the most important mission, America has never changed its strategic target. With American entry into middle Asia, the situation of surrounding China and Russia has become clearer and clearer. Meanwhile, Chinese national safety has to face more challenges. |
