| Abstract: | The power of culture is the engine of all cultural activities,such that the cultural achievements of a nation both in physical and spiritual forms are integrated into the eternal national spirit. The cultural history of a nation serves as a special tie linking the national spirit because the power of culture functions like a spiritual catalyst which influences the value orientation of its social members,shapes the soul of the people and promotes the spiritual attainment.
