| 摘 要： | 目的评价利奈唑胺注射液治疗革兰氏阳性球菌（均检出MRSA阳性）感染所致老年肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法老年肺炎25例,应用利奈唑胺治疗10～14天。结果本组患者平均应用11.21±2.65天,有效病例症状于4.7±1.8天缓解,体征7.1±2.9天好转。有效率88%,细菌清除率88%,未见明显不良反应。结论利奈唑胺治疗G＋菌耐经菌株感染的老年肺炎疗效确切,安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical officacy of linezolid in the treatment of elderly patients with acquired pneumonia by gram-positive bacteria（G＊^＋MRSA＋）. Method 25 elderly patients with acquaired pneumonia by G＋ were given linezolid for a course of 10-14 days. Results In this group,the linezolid treatment ranged an average time of 11.21±2.65 days. In the cured cases relief was obtained in 4.7±1.8 days. Improvement of vital signs appeared 7.1±2.9：days,and the efficacy rate was 88%,the bacteria＇s delete rate was 88%,No serious reaction was noticed in the cases. Conclusion Linezolid is effective and safe in treatment of CAP and HAP by G^＋which against antimicrobic in elderly patients. |
