Research on the Personnel Cultivation Model of Administration Major in Local Universities

The administration major education in local universities should proceed from their unique conditions,correct their guiding thoughts of teaching,find their right positions in the higher education circle,and adhere to the principle of adapting to the new requirements of local economic growth,social development and scientific progress,as well as the survival of universities and the development of graduate.The local universities should put stress on application,consider the ability training as a key-point and the development of the students as direction to foster applying personnel of wide academic base,specialty knowledge,studying ability,innovation ability and high qualities,by optimizing subject structure,improving teaching methods and strengthening the teacher resource.
