| 摘 要： | 近些年,我国汽车产业发展迅猛,对拉动国民经济持续增长起到了显著的积极作用。同时汽车产业资产重组的步伐也在加快。我国汽车产业只有进行资产重组,才能增强企业竞争力,提高经济效益,迎接我国加入WTO以后汽车产业面临的种种机遇和挑战。

| Abstract: | China automobile industry has developed very fast in resent years, which plays an obviously important role in promoting the sustainable development of the national economy and brings forth a drastic reorganization of the automobile industry. Through the reorganization, the automobile industry should be able to build up the competitive power, increase the benefit and receive a lot of opportunities and challenges of the automobile industry with China entrance into WTO. |
