| 摘 要： | "绿色食品"是以环保、安全、健康为目标的可持续食品,代表着未来食品发展的方向.发展绿色食品对于保护环境和资源,改善农业自然生态条件,促进农业可持续发展都具有极其重要的意义.绿色食品的生产过程应该是"清洁生产",推行清洁农业技术,是生产安全、卫生"绿色食品"的先决条件.积极稳妥地推行IS014000系列标准,是发展绿色食品的客观要求.

| Abstract: | Green food",the non -polluted food,is a sustain able food aimed at security,healthi ness and non -pollution,which orientates the future develop ment in agriculture.It is of great significance to develop this food for t he protec-tion of environment and resources,t he improvement of natural eco -condi tions,and the boost of sustainable a gricul-ture.The process of the"green food"production must be clean.Therefore,the technology of clean agricultur e is the decisive condition in the process of the"green food"production.It is our objective to steadily carry out the ISO140000standard. |
