| 摘 要： | 采用中国高技术企业和传统企业上市公司10年的数据，运用因子分析法对高技术企业和传统企业的成长进行了实证研究。结果表明：高技术企业具有更高的成长性与风险性，其高成长性主要体现在其经营能力的提高上，而在股票投资收益增长上与传统企业并无显著差别。

| Abstract: | The paper carries out factor analysis on economic data collected during latest ten years on many domestic listed companies including both high - tech and traditional enterprises. Thus, the quantitative comparison on growth between high - tech enterprise and traditional enterprise is conducted, and the growth characteristics of domestic high - tech enterprise are revealed. The results indicate that high - tech enterprise have higher growth and risk, which growth embodies the improvement on the ability of management. There is not an obvious discrimination on the rise of stock yield between high - tech enterprise and traditional enterprise. |
