论蒋介石的民众观

所谓民众观，是指对民众的认识、看法和态度，以及由此而产生的理论、方针和政策。着重探讨蒋介石的民众观的形成与发展的历史轨迹、主要内容和实践状况。由认识到民众的积极作用，到着眼于对民众的改造和教育。不同时期蒋介石的民众观是不同的。总之，蒋介石的民众观是矛盾的，它承继了儒家思想的君民观，有其理性的一面，但又是专制的而非民主的，且带有浓厚的党性色彩。

This paper probes the formation and development, content and Practice status of Chang Ksi-shek＇s public view. It is divided in different periosd. Chang Ksi-shek＇s public view including two sides： understanding and transformation of public. In a word, Chang Ksi-shek＇s public view is a contradiction. It is rational, despotic and non-democracy. And it also has strong color of party spirit.
