| 摘 要： | 高校档案工作的主要任务是为高校教学、科研、管理等工作提供信息服务。从观念认识和管理现状等各方面分析了当前影响高校档案发展的不利因素,提出在新形势下必须转变观念、加强队伍建设、强化管理创新,不断提高档案管理现代化建设水平,才能更好地满足高校和社会日益增长的服务需求。

| Abstract: | Archives of colleges and universities would provide informations for teaching,researching,and management.The article,based on consciousness and situation of archives of colleges and universities,analyses the negative factors for archives management,and puts forward such opinions to raise the modernization level of archives management of colleges and universities as changing concept,strengthening team construction,strengthening management and innovation,to meet the growing services demand from colleges and universities and society. |
