重学术道德建设促优良学风校风——北京化工大学师德和学术道德建设调研报告

加强师德和学术道德建设是高校多出人才、出好人才、出创新拔尖人才的重要保证，教师的思想品德、教风和学风对大学生的健康成长影响巨大。经调查，我校教师的师德状况总体上是好的，但也存在着不容忽视的问题，本文就此进行调研和分析，并提出了建议。

Emphasizing the Construction of Academic Ethics Promoting the fine Style of Study and School Spirit-An investigation report on teachers' professional ethics and academic ethics in BUCT

To strengthen the construction in teachers’ professional ethics and academic ethics is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to product more talents and top-notch innovative students. The morality,teaching style,and researching style of the teacher have a tremendous impact on the growth of university students. According to the survey,we can see that moral status of teachers in our university is generally good,but there are still some problems that we should pay attention to. Thus,this essay focuses a great deal on these problems and proposes some advice based on researches and analyses.
