杨凌示范区生态环境现状及评价

摘    要:从城市生态系统结构、功能和协调度三个方面构建城市生态评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对杨凌示范区城市生态现状进行定性与定量评价,结果表明:杨凌示范区生态综合指数为0.63,生态化程度较高,从分析的数值来看,生态系统的结构>功能>协调度。因此,要提高城市的生态环境质量,就要建立城市绿地体系,不断完善城市的基础设施,严格控制污染,要求企业推行清洁生产技术,科学制定城市生态环境发展规划,调整产业结构,发展循环经济,提高人民生活水平,缩小城乡收入差距,优化城市的生态结构与功能,提高城市整体协调度水平,改善城市生态环境现状。

Abstract:The index system including structure, function and coordination of urban ecosystem, and gradation assessment method were established and used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the ecological environment situation of the city of Yangling.The result shows that the ecological composite index is 0.63,the ecological degree is high and the ecological structure>ecological function>ecological coordination in Yangling.This paper suggests that Yangling should establish a green space system,rigidly control pollution, constitute ecological environment development plan, perfect municipal infrastructure,reduce income disparity between urban and rural residents,optimize the city ecological structure and function and improve coordination and ecological situation of Yangling.
