| 摘 要： | 本文从系统发展的角度 ,运用系统理论的基本原理和规律分析和探讨我国汽车产业发展的战略思想。在系统思想的指导下 ,我国的汽车产业 ,应针对弱势 ,大力发展零部件工业 ;通过技术创新和制度创新壮大整车和零部件生产企业的实力 ;促进整车制造业与零部件工业的协调发展 ,形成既竞争又合作的双赢联盟 ;树立面向全球竞争的观念 ,积极参与国际分工 ,抓住世界汽车工业新一轮发展的机遇 ,实现我国汽车产业的飞跃发展 ,保障国家经济安全 ,促进国家科技、经济与社会的协调发展。

| Abstract: | This article has discussed and researched strategies of the development of China's automobile industry by the application of principles and laws of system theory from the scope of system evolution.It suggests that the government should promote the growth of auto parts and components industry with greet efforts and make it conform with the requirement of car manufacturing; improve the strength of enterprises by technological innovation and institutional innovation; accelerate harmonious growth with car manufacturing and auto parts and components industry and shape the two-win union by both competition and cooperation; establish the concept of world competition and participate in international division of labor actively. |
