| 摘 要： | 近几年的大学毕业生呈递增趋势,但我国的就业形势艰难,使他们的就业难度加大,从而出现困惑焦虑心理、自卑心理等问题。归纳起来,大学毕业生的就业心理在认知心理维度、情绪心理维度和社会心理维度等方面都不同程度地存在问题。学校、大学生和社会,都应共同做好大学毕业生的就业工作。
