Internationalization of talents and the training for internationalized talents |

| Abstract: | This paper deals with an analysis of the characteristics of the internationalization of talents under the framework of WTO. Some strategies and suggestions are made for the modification of traditional higher education concepts and the education of internationalized talents to meet the needs of international competition. |
