| 摘 要： | 本文从具体事例出发,比较全面地论述了儒家思想在企业经营中的作用.作者认为,儒家思想在面对市场经济运作时有其根本缺陷,但对台湾、日本的一些企业经营产生过影响;儒家、墨家、道家、法家的学说都可以创造地诠释为企业管理思想.先秦诸子的管理思想各有特色,要建立"现代化中国式管理",必须采择各家的精华,融会贯通.

| Abstract: | The thesis discusses the effects of Confucian thoughts in enterprise management with specific examples. The author holds that though Confucian thoughts have disadvantages or defects in the operation of market economy, they benefit the enterprises in Taiwan and Japan. The thoughts of Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism and Legalism all can be interpreted as thoughts benefiting enterprise management. Establishing modernized Chinese mode of management, the essence from the schools mentioned above should be selected. |
