| 摘 要： | “法院拒不执行生效判决”问题，尽管我国的立法尚未涉及，但却是司法实践中经常发生的问题，致使当事人合法权益得不到保护。本文分析法院拒不执行判决行为的危害性及其产生原因，并探讨如何解决这个问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Cases in which the court refuses to implement a decision occur in our country as often as not. This phenomenon in the judicial field does harm to our legal system and leaves the legal rights of the litignat unprotected. However,there has not been any legislation directed against the wrong doing.This paper brings forward this problem,analyzes its harmfulness and its underlying causes ,and probes into the countermeasures to be taken. |
