| 摘 要： | 根据经济正义的基本原则，西部大开发的根本宗旨是推动国民经济健康和谐的发展，并在东西部共生共荣、共同富裕的基础上，实现人的全面发展。但在这个过程中，不能以牺牲效率为代价，否则就违反了经济正义的等比例平等原则。

| Abstract: | According to the basic principle of economic justice,the basic aim of the development of western regions is promote national economy development of healthy and harmonious,on the foundations of survive together and mutual prosperity,common prosperity altogether in the western and eastern intergrowth,realize people's development in an all-round way.But can't regard sacrificing efficiency as the cost in this course,otherwise violate the equal principle of proportion of economic justice. |
