城市社区管理中存在的问题及其对策

我国正处在计划经济向社会主义市场经济转轨、传统农业社会向现代工业社会转型时期,社区管理中存在的诸如政府"越位"、居民委员会角色"错位"、社区中介组织发展不规范、社区管理工作队伍薄弱、社区居民参与程度低等问题,主要是由于政府管理观念滞后、"政企分开、政社分开"原则贯彻不力以及政府在许多方面的"缺位".解决好这些问题对于我国城市管理方式实现从"经济主导型"向"社会主导型"的转变将起到关键作用.
