| 摘 要： | 危机状态下,公众对信息的需求强烈增加.因此,政府需要通过恰当的媒体政策选择,使媒体能够向公众进行及时、有效的信息发布,在保障公众知情权的同时保持社会的正常运转.但我国目前的媒体政策却无法使媒体发挥应有的作用,必须进行调整.

| Abstract: | The citizens need information more than ever in crisis condition, so the government must choose correct media policy so as to cause media to supply timely and effective information for them and keep the society stable. Because the media policies of our country fail to give full play to the role of the media, the government must take some measures to correct them. |
