| Abstract: | The paper referred to the basic meaning and mode of showing of real right,and pointed out that the showing of immovable property is via registration,and the showing of movable property is through delivery or possession.It analyzed that the effect of showing of real right includes following aspects: deciding the alteration of real right go into effect,supposing rights of showing are right,as well as admitting people with good faith to get property rights. |
