新时期构建高校和谐育人环境问题的研究

在新时期,我国高校人才培养工作面临着新的机遇和挑战.随着高等教育改革的不断深化,构建和谐的育人环境已经成为高校建设和发展所面临的重要问题.党的领导、以人为本、物质保障、依法治校成为构建和谐育人环境的必然要求.高校应当注重积淀大学的文化底蕴,大力弘扬学校独特的人文精神;应当以市场需求为导向,不断深化高校的教育教学改革;应当营造"三全"育人氛围,积极推进高校和谐育人环境的建设.

Research on Forming and Building a Harmonious Environment for Cultivating Talents in College in New Period

In the new period,our college work which cultivates talents faces new opportunity and challenge.With deepening college education reform,forming and building a harmonious environment for cultivating talents has become an important question of establishment and development of college.The party leadership,human-centered,material safeguard,ruling college by law have become a necessity for forming and building a harmonious environment for cultivating talents.College should pay attention to cultivating a college culture details,vigorously carry forward college special cultural spirit,take market necessity as its orientation,and deepen college education and teaching reform.At the same time,college should construct "San Quan" atmosphere for cultivating talents,and actively push on establishment of the harmonious environment for cultivating talents.
