| 摘 要： | 针对高校公选课的课程运行和管理普遍存在诸如课程开设不确定性，学生选课盲目性、上课随意性和教学质量监控力度不够等现状，提出科学合理的设置课程、增进学生对公选课程的了解、建立监督奖励机制、实行多样化考核和实现选课收费制等管理措施，以切实解决高校公选课建设中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | In view of the current situation of the course running and administration in elective course, such as the uncertainty of the course setup, students＂ blindness in course, taking courses at random, and no strong monitoring in teaching quality, the article puts forward several countermeasures, such as establishing sound curriculum, promoting students＂ understanding about the elective course, setting up the supervision and reward system, implanting diverse test and realizing the election charge, in order to solve the problems existing in the establishment of the elective course in universities. |
