| 摘 要： | 临床教学是培养合格医师的重要环节 ,但目前存在教学任务多、教学资源缺乏、投入不足等困难。本文着重师资队伍培养、加强课程建设、监控教学质量等方面进行探讨 ,提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | Clinical teaching always plays an important part in the process of training qualified doctors. However, it has long been beset with difficulties of all kinds, such as too heavy a burden of teaching assignment, lack of teaching materials, lower qualities of the teachers, shortage of expenditure and so on. This article puts forward several proposals by probing into this from the follow angles: training the teaching groups; enhancing the course's construction, and supervising the teaching quality as well. |
