| 摘 要： | 近代西方民主政治兴起之后,选举逐渐发展为实现民主政治最重要的操作手段,当今时代已成为西方民主政治形式合法性最重要的基础.然而,在选举实践中产生的大量或无法克服的困难,使人们对选举作为民主政治的合法性基础又存在诸多困惑.

| Abstract: | Since the rise of modern western democratic politics,election has evolved to the most important means of realizing democratic politics,and nowadays,it has also become the most important foundation of the legitimacy of western democratic politics.However,a lot of difficulties unable to overcome in the practice of election make people have lots of confusions on the legitimacy of elections as the basis of democratic politics. |
