| 探析东亚货币合作的机制属性及其效用性 |

| 摘 要： | 在国际经济关系中,有效的国际制度安排使得国际关系行为体的利益追求以及行为体之间的互动关系发生变化,也决定着国际关系行为体在多大程度上遵守国际机制的约束。东亚长期以来在区域合作中具有"非正规化、非制度化"的特点,东亚货币合作中的机制属性并非完全以制度的形式确定下来,其主要体现在一系列双边和多边的协议中,并且是以基础的机制层次如区域性危机防范、救援机制等为发展点。但只要这些发展点具备了机制属性,人们便应该审视国际机制在东亚货币合作中的效用性,以期待产生更多完善的机制来规范和引导东亚货币合作。

The Attribute and Availability of Mechanism in East Asian Monetary Cooperation |

| Abstract: | There has exited the characteristics of non-standardization and non-institutionalization in East Asian regional cooperation for a long time,and there is still no standardized mechanism in East Asian monetary cooperation.The attributes of mechanism in East Asian monetary cooperation are mainly embodied in bilateral or multilateral agreements,which hold basic mechanism,eg,regional crisis protection and succor mechenism as developing points.When these developing points come to possess attributes of international machanism,people should check the availability of international mechanism in order to bring forth more and better international mechanism to standardize East Asian monetary cooperation. |
