| 摘 要： | 党管干部的原则是我国国有企业改革必须坚持的一项重要原则 ,在任何时候都不能动摇。在新的历史条件下应根据对国有企业党管干部原则实践的新要求 ,针对企业改制过程中党管干部原则实践中存在和产生的一些新问题 ,有所创新、变革和发展 ,以适应市场经济和企业改制对企业经营管理者和企业家实行培育和管理的要求。

| Abstract: | The principle of Party Managing Cadres is an important principle that must be upholded in the reform of state-owned enterprises, which can not be oscillated at any time. In new period, according to the new request and some new problems that come forth at the process of practicing the principle of Party Managing Cadres,it should be innovated and developed in order to be adapted to the market economy and enterprise changing systems. |
