中国高等教育大众化所面临的合格生源问题

目前的中国教育改革已取得了很大成就,但也存在不少问题,如合格生源愈益减少,这已成为高校教育教学质量下降的一个主要原因,并引发了高校教育发展的许多新问题.而要有效地解决这个问题,重点之一就是要进行自下而上的基础教育改革,加强高校与中学、小学的交流,注重教学改革与生源特性和类型结合的紧密度,促进教育机关部门加强职能转变,重视地方高校的合格师资培养及学生道德信念培养等,其中尤为重要的是应该消除大学毕业生在就业问题上的"学校歧视"和不平等现象.
