| 摘 要： | 本文通过对西藏产业发展历史与现状及独特资源的分析,提出西藏产业调整应立足环境资源优势,以市场为导向,培育高原特色商品型农牧业、藏医药业、高原特色生物产业和绿色食(饮)品业和民族手工业、矿产业、清洁能源工业、旅游业以及相关的民族产业的环境资源特色产业结构体系。促进产业结构优化、升级,努力形成特色经济支柱产业,使其成为西藏经济增长的亮点,成为跨越式发展的重要支撑。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the unique Tibetan resources, the historical development and the current situation of Tibetan industries, this paper suggests that adjustment to Tibetan industries should be on the basis of its environment and the resources. The author believes that Tibetan industries should be market-orientated and we should give an impetus to the following industries: agriculture and farming with plateau characteristics, Tibetan medicine, biological product with plateau characteristics, green food (drinks), national handicraft, mining, clean energy, tourism and the structural system of other related national industries. The author also believes that we need to give an impetus to optimize the industrial structure to develop pillar industry with characteristics. Thus they can become a shining point in Tibetan economy and an important pillar in stride-forward development. |
