以校园文化建设促进学生自主发展的实践探索

摘    要:从校园文化建设的角度来考察其对学生自主发展的作用具有现实意义。云南师范大学附属小学通过探索以校园文化建设促进学生自主发展的学生培养模式,开发以校园文化建设促进学生自主发展的校本活动课程,创新以校园文化建设促进学生自主发展的学科教学策略,建立以校园文化建设促进学生自主发展的班级互动模式,提高了学生自主性水平,提升了教师专业发展水平,彰显了学校办学特色,形成了一大批研究成果。

Promoting Students' Autonomous Development through the Construction of Campus Culture

Abstract:The construction of campus culture is of practical significance to promoting students' autonomous development. This has been proved by the practice of the primary school affiliated to Yunnan Normal University. Under the guidance of this concept, we made active and bold exploration in students euhivation mode, development of school - based curriculum activities, innovation of subject teaching strategies and establishment of class interaction model. As a result, students' level of autonomy has been improved, teachers' professional development enhanced, the school running characteristics highlighted, and numerous research achievements come up.
