| 摘 要： | 网络技术的发展与普及使大学生思想政治教育面临严峻挑战和重要机遇。高校应充分利用网络匿名性、平等性和及时性的特点,从完善网络预警领导管理运行体制,加强网络预警队伍结构建设,优化网络预警信息收集系统,改进网络预警决策评估体系四个方面构建高校思想政治教育网络预警机制,从而改变高校思想政治教育被动滞后的局面,提高教育的前瞻性、针对性和时效性。

| Abstract: | The popularity and development of network brings an important chance as well as a great challenge to ideological and political education in universities.This paper holds that universities should take full advantage of network.From four aspects can there construct a warning mechanism of network to improve the lagging situation: perfect its administrative mechanism;strength its service construction;optimize its information collection;improve its policy evaluation system. |
