| 摘 要： | 议员是谘议局存在的社会基础。由于出身不同 ,年龄各异 ,因此他们对清政府的依附程度存在差异 ,在辛亥革命以后也呈现出不同的发展态势。通过对江苏谘议局议员的分析 ,可以更直观地了解谘议局的成立及其以后的发展态势 ,了解民初民主政治失败的社会根源 ,从而对辛亥革命进行历史反思

| Abstract: | The constitutional people were the social basis of Jiangsu Provincial Assembly. Because of their different backgrounds and ages they had different dependence on the Qing government and different inclination in their political positions after the Revolution of 1911.By studing their members we can have a better understanding of the foundation and the consequent development of Jiangsu Provincial Assembly and the real cause of the failure of the democratic government so as to learn lessons from the Revolution of 1911. |
