丁文江与"好政府主义"

20世纪20年代,面对北洋军阀的黑暗统治,深受儒家"内圣外王"传统思想影响的丁文江,从其"少数人"努力的英雄史观、唯科学主义的信念和实用主义的政治观出发,积极提倡"好政府主义".丁后来出任淞沪总办和提出"新式独裁"论,是其"好政府主义"政治理念的实践和延伸.从20年代特定的历史条件来看,丁文江倡导的"好政府主义"具有一定的进步作用和历史的合理性.

Ting Wen-chiang and "Good Governmentalism"

In 1920s, in facing of the Beiyang Warlords' cruel government, Ting Wen-chiang, who was deeply influenced by the traditional ideology of " saint inside and king outside" from Confucianism, made good efforts to advocate the "Good Governmentalism". This idea was based on Ting's heroic conception of history, scientism and the pragmatic conception of politics. Later, Ting Wen-chiang took up the executive governor of Songhu District and put up the "New Dictatorship " theory. They are the practice and extension of"Good Governmentalism". Under the specific history conditions in 1920s, the "Good Governmentalism"was progressive and reasonable in some way.
