把科学技术视为一种生产力是马克思主义历来的观点,对此邓小平、哈贝马斯都有所继承和发展,邓小平"科学技术是第一生产力"与哈贝马斯"科学技术是第一位生产力"尽管在表达方式、理论来源、转化机制方面有相同之处,但由于邓小平和哈贝马斯对科学技术是第一生产力的意义、社会作用、历史实践活动主体的不同理解,二者最终没有形成一致的世界观.

On the Difference and Similarity of the "First Productive Force" of Deng Xiaoping and the "Productive Force in the First Place" of Habermas

Treating science and technology as a productive force is constantly the view of Marxism,which was inherited and developed by Deng Xiaoping and Habermas.Comparing Habermas's view that "science and technology is the productive capacity in the first place" and Deng Xiaoping's "science and technology is the first productive capacity",we find some similarities in the turn of phrase,theoretical origin,transforming mechanism.However,because of the different understanding on the meaning,social function,practical agent of "science and technology is the first productive force",Deng Xiao-ping and Habermas didn't agree on the worldviews,thus they didn't accord with each other epistemologically.
