论出口信用保险对贸易的护航作用和模式选择

当前,我国的出口信用保险虽处于发展初级阶段,但对我国外贸和经济发展已经产生了重要的影响。在经济全球化的大背景下,加快我国出口信用保险业的发展必将有利于实现中国贸易强国战略,有利于保证中国经济的长期稳定增长。为实施出口贸易的产业政策,我国宜采用政府成立全资公司办理模式并加快出口信用保险立法步伐,以法律来明确出口信用保险公司的地位、权利和义务,以促进我国对外贸易的发展。

On the Protective Function of Credit Insurance for Exports and the Model Selection

At present,though China's credit insurance for exports is still at its initial stage of development,it has exerted great influence on China's foreign trade and economic development.In the process of economic globalization,to quicken China's credit insurance for exports will help realize the goal of a strong business country and a sustainable development of China's economy.To implement the export-oriented policy and improve the foreign trade of China,it is better for the Chinese Government to establish fully sponsored companies and quicken the legislation of credit insurance for exports in order to guarantee by law the position,rights and responsibilities of such companies.
