| 摘 要： | 文章通过对数字参考咨询服务评价指标的分析,论述了数字参考咨询服务评价指标的构成要素,并结合国内外有关的研究成果和实践经验,提出了数字参考咨询服务的三级量化评价指标体系,为图书馆的数字参考咨询服务提供了一个评价参照和度量标准。
