| Abstract: | Since the founding of China,the strategies of talents experiencea tortuous process of development.Through analyzing the talents of our three historical stages of thinking,aimed at absorbing their valuable experience and absorb the painful lessons,we should fullyunderstandthe implementation of this strategy is to enhance our country's overall national strength and international competitiveness and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's strategic choice. |
