Abstract:The paper introduced the connotation of strategic human resource management,discussed the necessity for state owned enterprises to establish strategic human resource management,and put forward the main methods and measures to establish it. It proposed that we should promote the realization of the enterprise's strategic target through perfecting the human resource management system of enterprise.
