| 摘 要： | 联合政府是抗战胜利前后国共两党谈判的核心问题,也是中共七大的一个政治主张。中共七大提出联合政府主张既不是参加政府,也不是推翻政府,而是要通过改组后的联合政府实现各党派合作建国的愿望,使中国走上和平发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Coalition government was not only the core of the negotiation between CPC and the Kuomintang(KMT)around the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan,also the political theme of the 7th CPC National Congress. That the 7thCPC National Congress put forward the view of coalition government didn't mean to join in the government or overturn the government.It did mean to realize the party grouping's desire to establish a state by cooperation,and to make China march triumphantly along the peaceful road. |
