| 摘 要： | 国有资产主体虚置使其难以有效地对企业行使控制权,人力资本具有较强的能动性。国有企业改革应重视这些,兼顾有关社会制度的现状。就目前的情况来看,国有资产债权个体化管理是一种比较合理的选择,可以增加社会福利,给大多数利益相关者带来收益。 |

Importance of property rights characteristics in the reform of state-owned enterprises |

| Abstract: | National assets without material proprietors are difficult to effectively control enterprises, and labour has strong initiative, which must be paid attention to in the reform of state owned enterprises. Consideration must also be given to the current status of relative social system. Under the present conditions, the individualized management of creditor's rights of national assets is a reasonable approach and it can improve social security and bring income to the most of relative people. |
