| Abstract: | Reform of college-owned enterprises has been carried out for more than twenty years.Although great achievements it gained,the result can't meet the satisfactions in general.It's a formidable subject to complete and improve the corporational system of college-owned enterprises,which directly influence the process,and result of the reform.It's necessary and also an assurance for thriving and enlarging college-owned enterprises to establish a good management structure in college-owned enterprise. |
