企业市场风险传导现象的形成原因、影响与管理策略研究

摘    要:企业市场风险不是固定不变的,它会随着企业和市场环境的变化,在企业与企业间、企业与市场间流动、扩散、传导,企业市场风险的这种流动、扩散、传播现象,称为企业市场风险的传导性。研究市场风险的固有特性——传导性,分析企业市场风险传导的形成原因,探讨企业市场风险传导对企业经营管理的影响,总结对市场风险传导性的管理策略,期望对企业研究和防范市场风险提供思路和决策参考。

Abstract:The enterprise market risk changes constantly along with the changes of the situations of enterprise and market.The risk conduction of enterprise market refers to the phenomenon of the enterprise market risk moving,spreading and conducting between enterprises,and between enterprise and market.It is expected that the study of conduction,the intrinsic characteristic of market risk,will be of referential value to the analysis of the causes of the risk conduction of enterprise market,to the exploration of the influences of the risk conduction on enterprise management,and to the summary of the management modes for market risk conduction.
