| 摘 要： | 从阐释保护传统建筑知识的意义入手,分析了在现有的知识产权法律制度框架下,保护传统建筑知识主要存在四个方面的难题,这里既有传统知识保护共性的问题,也有建筑知识方面所特有的问题。还分析了文物保护法在保护传统建筑知识上的局限性。最后提出了具体的对策建议。

| Abstract: | From the point of the significance of protecting traditional architecture knowledge,this paper an-alyzes the difficulty of protecting traditional architecture knowledge in four aspects under the present legal frame of intellectual property right.In the paper,both common problems of traditional knowledge protec-tion and peculiar problems of architecture knowledge are analyzed.Besides,this paper also discusses the limitations of law for cultural relics preservation when it is applied to protecting traditional architecture knowledge. |
