| 摘 要： | 孔子创立的“仁学”，体现在政治领域就是“德治”。孔子德治学说源于对殷周以来“敬德”、“保民”、“明德”、“慎罚”思想的继承和发展。在孔子的德治思想体系中，“仁”学是德治的思想基础，重视发展生产，提升经济是德治的物质基础，以民为本是德治的基本前提，正己正人是德治的关键，德教为先则是实现德治的理想手段。孔子德治学说的合理内核至今仍具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Confucius founded ＂benevolence＂, which was reflected as the rule of virtuein the political field. Confuciusvirtue theory has stemmed from respect of morals, protection for people, virtues, and caution punishment since theYin Zhou. In Confucius thought of rule of virtue system, benevolence is the basis of his ideas, and he paid a lot of attention to developing production, and promoting economics is the basis of realization of benevolence. Confucius ideasof the rule of virtue has been quite meaningful even for now. |
