| 摘 要： | 面对WTO,我们应当重新审视中国高等教育与世界高等教育的关系。本文认为,发达国家高等教育产业化步伐很快,中国亦必须实现产业化。高校与学生在教育市场中应拥有基本的权力,而政府职责到位则是实现高等教育产业化的关键。

| Abstract: | To entrance to WTO,China should discuss the relationship of higher education between China and other countries again.Since the industrialization of higher education of developed countries has been come true,China should learn from the developed countries.The universities and the students should get basic powers in the education markets,and the key of the industrialization of higher education is that the governments are in charge of the higher education. |
