An Exploration on Library Construction of Information Resource in an Open Access Environment

With the booming and development of open access movement,a world-wide information revolution has initiated a new challenge to library as an major spreading medium of information.Based on the study of the definition of open access and its essential features of resource openness,concurrence,lawfulness,and variety in line with the relevant facts at home and abroad,the paper attempts to illustrate the significant influence on how it happens in weakening traditional functions of library,highlighting the insights of its resource construction,and focusing on the shift of its service patterns.And finally a conclusion can be reached by tentatively proposing some practical and concrete solving strategies through raising consciousness,experimenting trials and catching advantages if library is to exist and go farther in return.
